Multimedia campaign for the Natural History Museum’s permanent collection, Dino Hall. This exhibition showcases one of the largest collection of dinosaur fossils ever displayed for the Los Angeles Community. To infuse a more vibrant energy into learning about our past, we ask the question, If we could imagine these dinosaurs living today, what would they look like?, how would they act?, what would their personalities be like? In this museum, these dinosaurs are brought to life.
This campaign features 12 of the museum’s most famous dinosaurs in the museum’s collection but presented as fully fleshed out characters using digital illustration by Stephanie Abramovicz. The full suite includes promotional marketing through a wide variety of media including printed collectible cards, large scale pole banners, a museum facade banner, onsite signage, social media, and digital animation for educational video packages. Using various channels for promotion, this campaign inspires a renewed and more colorful way for the audience to engage with the museum’s collection.
